You may ask yourself, why use mockups? You send the client the design, and they don’t see your vision and in turn hate it...Maybe because they need to see your full vision using mockups? This is where the benefits of using mockups are numerous.
These are some tips helps you choosing your mockups effectively:
Seeing the Vision
The designer’s vision may not always be what the client sees. That's where you want to play around with mockups to give something more appealing.
Lead to Further Sales
showing a design on other merchandise may lead to a client to wanting productake, this as an opportunity to generate more sales using the mockups.
Don't overdo it
Mockups are great and giving the client an idea of what they’re buying is important, but don’t overload them, choose what's enough to show the overall vision.
Be Accurate
Accurate mockups are key to clients being on the same page as the designer. Avoid creating confusion and have accurate mockups.
Conclusion
Designers are used to seeing the digital versions of files and knowing what they will look like as a finished product however not all clients can do that proficiently. Use the mockups and Keep themsimple and effective!
